For sale: REDUCED Modified Altmann BYOB for SOLD

I have not used the BYOB amp for awhile since I have been too busy at work and other hobby. Therefore, it is up for sale. The BYOB amp was modified by me and that would change the sound dramatically with more image, smooth and very musical compared to the stock one.

Selling for SOLD shipped to CONUS only. I bought it originally for $900 and spent >$300 for modifications. There are some burning areas from the solder head and holes which are patched over while modifying.

This is an old picture and I will upload a new one if you are interested (basically I replaced the output caps with high quality caps and bigger heat sink).

Regarding payment: I will accept only postal MO and google checkout (if you have any of your gmail.com I will send invoice to that email address and you just need to pay for that amount in the invoice). I will NOT accept PAYPAL

Hello Tan,

I respect your 'change' for payment but I'm not a member of google checkout and a postal MO is from my side just too difficult (and frightfully expensive) for me to ask my bank to do. FWIW, I've done several transactions (without PayPal) to sellers in the USA in recent times and everybody was happy - the only way I do business, BTW.
