I just placed an order with ATS Acoustics. Check out the website, which has their toll free #. They sell 703 you can probably will call on order there.

Are you in Chicago? You should be able to find someone who sells insulation that carries the 703 or 705. I would call Owens Corning and ask for the closest dealer that carries either the 703 or 705. Some years ago I bought the Knauf equivalent from a dealer in Naperville, Amerisafe Safety and Insulation (630)862-2650.

Outside of Chicago, east by about 45 mins. I'm having a heck of a time with OC reps. They tell me to call this person who tells me to call that person who then tells me I'm off my nut for wanting to use that product in my home for audio....it's for HVAC or this or that, only a pallet at a time....etc, etc...

Why not place an order at ATS and have it delivered to you? Tight budget? I found a supplier in the SF bay area that sold it to me wholesale. I paid the same price as the ATS site $12 per panel. My point is I don't think you can beat the price from ATS.

It looks like ATS is in the Chicago area, 815 area code. I'm going to call and see and I'll post back. I have some of the GIK panels, would like 2 more tri traps for behind the speakers and I have 2 244s behind my listening position. I need some panels for the side walls, still getting a lot of mess in the lower and upper mids. Am going to try the Roxul batts in a frame and see how that works.
