Hi all. James has responded via PM to me earlier, but am curious about the answer from other owners. I have an old 3B (not SST or NPB) and I blew a pair of the SJ6521A transistors. I can't find a datasheet or any info on these transistors to locate equivalents or cross ref them. Does anyone have info on this? Thanks very much.
