This question is really directed at/to Klaus but anyone can answer it I suppose.
Here's the question: Will there be any bad reactions, by the amplifiers, if I use Cardas Male (with pin) XLR Caps to cover the unused XLR inputs on my Odyssey Mono Block Extreme amplifiers. Some amps don't like it and I want to keep them and myself happy.
Thanks.

I wouldn't do it.  The XLRs are wired to the RCA connections and are always "HOT."

Huge potential for shorting out the amp.

According to the Cardas web site they are non shorting, so they should be fine. If they were shorting then definitely not. Make sure the pin goes in the ground opening, almost always pin 1.
