He is selling his Vandersteen 2ce Signatures, these were modded by Bill Legall of Miller sound. I have a pair of Virgo's modded by Bill and they are a vast improvement over the original.
Bill doesn't really talk about what he does, but I know he does work to the drivers, the crossovers, sometimes he may change wiring, and he works on the cabinets. He is a speaker artist, not a parts swapper, his family has been working on speakers since the 30's! He is an American treasure, and the only one in this country doing what he does, owning one of his speakers is a priviledge. Trust me.
In the end you end up with a far more musical speaker, dynamic and beautiful.
The Vandy 2's are great speakers, but after Bill is done with them they become world class.
