Free Dynaco M-25x

I got some very unusual Dynaco speaker, bought in Spain from a Engish guy. The speakers are now here in the USA, Greenwood SC 29649.

The condition of the speakers is so-so, but someone may like them for their 'unusualty' or in their party basement or garage.

Free, not worth shipping - so local pick up is required.

The box line are straight, the slight curature you see here is a close up distortion.

Speakers are 8 ohm  35/60 Watt

Speakers found a new home.

Thanks for looking.

Weird. I think these must have been some home-modded A25 variant, or perhaps some sort of prototype. I have never seen a Dynaco speaker with a cone tweeter or a conventional reflex port (or is that a tweeter, which would make it a 3-way- equally unusual.) The driver layout vaguely resembles a very early A25, minus the aperiodic port, and from the back looks stock, but the woofer mounting screws are obviously asymmetrical, and the (tweeter?) mounting is crooked.

Dunno if the co. that bought the Dyna name ever made speakers, but this one looks older than that at any rate. A mystery...

Here is a web site that shows a few different Dynaco 25 speakers. Looks like there were only a small number of these produced
