I wish someone made an all in one that was as good as separates. Disc, DAC, FM inside a high current integrated amp with a good feeling remote with 2 way metadata.  No more interconnects!  I can dream can't I?

I agree the G2Gs should resume. It's been a while since last AC G2G. We can try quarterly for starters?  I'll take the first one for 2nd quarter '09.

ACers are invited to G2G at my place on May 30, in Cary. 4pm until...
PM for directions.

Any takers for Q3? Let's start a new thread for ongoing G2G planning.

Sounds good. Maybe Drew Baird and I can host for Q3.

GG is a nice pre! I toy with selling it, but it is so much fun I haven't been able to. Huge solid fat sound. Sorry you can't make it this time Dave. OBX is nice excuse though...

Rick, I hope you and Drew can pop over 30th too.  BTW, Mejor is still haunting me.

Rick if you do get a chance to stop by can you grab some book shelves on the way, the prestigo is of interest with the Seas drivers and the ribbon.  Even if you cant bring speakers drop by, I'd like to meet as many people from AC as I can.

Thanks
Jared

I'm looking forward to meeting you as well. Not sure what I'll have on hand at that time but I'll see what I can do.

Thanks for having the G2G yesterday Rich, it was a nice learning experience for me.  Plus Kabobs and cake are awesome.

Thanks
Jared

It was great to meet everyone and hear your system - thanks for hosting Rich! I have a pair of TRT floorstanders here to listen to until they ship out on Friday. If anyone wants to come by just drop me a PM here or email.

Most of the activity, that I see, is from either the Charlotte or Raleigh areas. I am a member of CAS but rarely make it to the meetings. The usual meeting day is Sunday. and is just not a good day to drive 100 miles, for a 1.5 hour meeting
Are there any upstate SC audiophiles out there. Let's talk music and systems, and possibly arrange a group meet to get our own group started.

Uncontop,
You might attract more visibility with a new thread instead of the bottom of this old one. There are a lot of audiophiles in NC, spread pretty far and wide, so you're bound to stir up a few in your area.

Ronnie Thackery is in Beaufort, SC.  Sweet guy,,, you might give him a shout....
