Which silicone oil to choose, that will fit the standard arm lift?

Walter,

300,000cst should do it.  Tim at TurntableBasics.com is a good fella' if you're in the US (don't know if he ships outside of borders)

It's often tough to get in there to add the goo, tho (unlike good for pivot of paddle damping for tonearms)
