Wright Sound WPP200C Tube Preamp with Upgraded Tubes plus Herbie's Hal-O Tube Dampers.
This is a fantastic sounding tube phono preamp. The preamp is in great overall with one minor quirk.
The yellow LED on the front of the power supply will light when the unit is first powered on but tends to turn itself off after a few minutes. If you lightly touch the LED it will come back on. I talked to George Wright about this and he said it was a loose connection at the LED, but in no way affected the sound quality. I decided to leave it as is rather than be without vinyl waiting for a repair.
I'm the original owner and have used this preamp in a smoke free and pet free home.
