Last time I had a reason to chop dovetails thay large was for my 12' workbench... that got stolen (along w/ my Emmert vise.) Killer joinery Christof. You should stop by, and bring your chisels...

Let's hope Dave's big dovetails don't get stolen.  Was it an Emmert pattern makers?  Freaking A$$holes!

Here is the sub completed.  Lighting and camera suck but you get the point.  The grilles are magnetic and the gray strip is the pull to get the grille off.  One small Speakon connection near the bottom.  Sub with drivers probably weighs 70lbs.  Shot with semigloss conversion varnish...cherry should darken up very nice with a little time.  Who said solid wood construction is not for speakers :wink:

I am not a student of JK's but I am very fond of his work.  Jim and Brita sent me that smoother a few years ago.  Suck's about those chisels :guns:
