There are likely a few members here, including myself, that would do it for you. Just pick your connectors and send them along.

Whether you reterminate your ICs or not kind of depends on what they are and how much you have invested. Cables are frequently "voiced" and the how the RCA ends sound can be included as a component of the final sound the cable has. If the construction of the cable is quite complex repair or re-termination can be a labor intensive process. You could be paying $50 or more an hour plus the cost of new RCA plugs. What is your pain threshold.

Hi there,

Like MarkC says, there are some members here that can do it, reterminate the cables.
May I ask why you want to reterminate your cables?  what cables are they, first off, and pictures would let us know if the termination is redo able without having to cut the cable and just de solder and re solder.
Let me know as I make cables as well....

First, hats off to all the DIY'ers! I am to manual dexterity what Yogi Berra is to the  English language. The interconnects in question are manufactured by Sine.from i believe,Honk Kong.I have them on demo now and want to buy them.I mean i will buy them. These are great cables.perhaps of silver and copper mix. They are thick and sound amazing.Whichever component they mate with benefits from a bigger, more detailed sound, added dimension and soundstage. These cables are reading the signal very deeply and you can hear it.They have not been used in over a year and are still breaking in.The actual connectors are "loose" fitting but the pins make contact. This i think is a matter of having them in the right position,as i knew i wasn't hearing both channels evenly so i went to the cable itself and straightened it out a bit-the image moved about a foot in the soundstage! Again the actual rca connectors will spin around when plugged in,but still make contact. These are too good to pass up so i want to re terminate them for a tight fit and for the peace of mind factor that i am receiving the full signal on both channels at all times. These cables deserve some really good rca connectors-any ideas from the myriad of brands out there? I would really like to bring these back to life the right way.I also use Sine speaker cables,Coliseum model. They have performed great for me.This brand is not well known or distributed but the sound on these older model cables is exceptional t o my ears.Any comments on the best route to take on reviving these IC's is appreciated. For these cables.it ain't over till it's over!

I don't know which SINE cable you have, the only one I can bring up online is the Kosmos which is terminated with WBT RCA plugs. Strain relief may be a problem when you re-terminate
the cables. My favorite RCA plugs are Vampire  #800/CB  and they do not have a very good provision for strain relief of the cable.   see link   http://www.vampirewire.com/pc-80-21-800cb.aspx  .

I love my Eichmanm Bullet Plugs (you can get them from Michael Percy). They are also a very tight fit (it's recommended you warm them before the very fist use), which I really like. No spinning around at all. They are highly recommended by many others too.

I like the fit of the Eichman's too. Nice & snug. I just use a lot of care when plugging/unplugging them. They seem to be a little delicate and not "fat finger" proof.
