I am just starting ot use dbpoweramp for my ripping and tagging, and while certainly not the most friendly program to screen readers, I can manage to use it fairly effectively with little trouble.
The one piece of rip data that I can't seem to find a description of is the number in parentheses following the "accurate rip" status descriptor. I've seen numbers from 2 to 55, but have no idea what they mean s there doesn't seem to be any real difference in sound quality (mind you, I'm just listening on my computer speakers right now.)
If it really is accurate, this thing is a whole lot faster, easier, and more convenient than EAC.
TIA for any help,
Jim
