I just recently got my new ASL MG Head Mk. III headamp and now need to sell the ZenHead as I really don't need a portable amp any longer.

This is a really great little portable headamp, well built, and with great, almost tube-like sonics, but with decent bass punch and no background noise.  It also has the best implementation of a crossfeed circuit that I've heard in a headphone amp, and the only one I actually enjoy listening to.  With my HD-650s it presents a very nice, natural soundstage and image.  However, it is defeatable if you don't care for it.  I have listened to this amp every night for several months now so it is well broken-in and certainly did improve from when it was fresh out of the box, which was nothing to complain about anyway.  Skylab on head-fi puts this in his top 7 headamps, and for good reason.

Price is $175 which as usual, includes shipping in lower 48 and no paypal fees.  The unit is in 9/10 condition only because it is being used, but otherwise perfect condition, and will come with a fresh battery.

Thanks for looking,

Jim

P.S. -- As I said in my other ads, my wife is away at a conference this week, so I won't be able to ship anything out for another 7 days or so -- next Wednesday is the first day I'll be able to get anything out of here, so please keep that in mind.

Bump and price drop.  Also listed on Decware forum.

Combine this with a small USB dac such as a fubar or similar and have some really great tunes to go, or for listening at home.  Wonderful little amp.
