274B Rectifier

274B Rectifier

Does anyone have any experience using 274B rectifier tubes in any of the Hagerman products? Are they compatible with the circuit? I would like to try a Shuguang 274B, but I don't want to buy it if it wouldn't be compatible...

The main thing to check is the heater current for the 274b vs what your PTX will deliver.

According to spec, the 274B is the same as the 5AR4GY.
