I just recently got 4-inch Mapleshade amp stands for my Nuforce 8.5V1.  I tried putting the amps directly on the stands, and using Eaglesound's myrtle footers($3 each).  I then tried amp/myrtle/isonodes/amp stand.  Wow!  Everyone who owns these amps needs to at least try the myrtle/isonodes under their Nuforce amps.  It's that good!(Isonodes cost $15 for 4.)  I would not feel guilty about selling 3 of these footers as a set for $150.

I'm not mad about the company who sell Isonodes.  I put in an order, they billed me twice, refunded me (which meant that I had to pay three foreign exchange transactions on my card) and then the product never turned up.

I use RDC cones under my Nuforce.

I also use Mapleshades products 12X15X2 platforms with isoblocks on the bottom and brass footers between my SE V2s and the platform with top hats on you guessed it on top. I also have a number of ferrite rings under each amp along with EMF RF material i installed inside the covers. I do believe that a major difference in sound is obtained by these tweaks.
