Pearl Jam Re-Issue

Has anyone heard the re-issue yet?  Its one of my favorite albums, and I was wondering what people's opinions of the sound quality are.  A lot of people say it sounds better, but I'm not sure if they're listening to it through an iPod or boombox or not.  I don't want to spend almost $40 for something that doesn't sound any better or possibly worse.  The Unplugged DVD and extra songs are a plus, but I'm not sure if they alone are worth the money if the sound quality isn't better on the CD.

I purchased the new "Ten".  The remastered version disappointed me, while it is cleaner, it's also compressed and the dynamics are gone.

Thanks face.  You saved me $40.  I figured the people saying it sounded better didn't know what they were talking about.  I guess the DVD isn't the entire performance either.  Appearently its missing a few songs.  No idea why they'd do this stuff.

With Eddie Vedder being a vinyl fan and collector, maybe the vinyl version isn't compressed?  If I was hesitant about the $40 price tag, I'm not going anywhere near the vinyl version's asking price.  I've got the original Ten on vinyl anyway.
