I bought an assortment of tube gear from various sellers on Audiogon last year. With each piece the seller also included an assortment of tubes, both new and used. I also bought some tubes on ebay – NOS and re-issues. I've been doing some listening with various gear, and have been swapping tubes in and out and having a blast. My system is more or less set (for the time being), and now I have way too many extra tubes lying around. Thought I would try and find some of them a new home. Please find a short list below, and some pics are attached.
Pair of GE 12au7 tubes. "Black Plate?"
These are marked in green with the GE logo and the lettering "JAN – 12AU7" and "MADE IN U.S.A." In smaller letters they are marked 84-41, 85-63, and 33173. One is used, the other is brand new in a box. (I bought it off ebay because the photo matched the one I had). I think I tried them both, but the results must have not been memorable.
Pair of National 12AT7 tubes
These have red printing, and MADE IN YUGOSLAVIA printed on them. I think they were producd in the Electronic Industry Niš in Serrbia, but I cannot be certain. They sound OK, but again nothing memorable.
Pair of Electro-Harmonix 12au7 tubes
Bought these re-issues off ebay in an attempt to upgrade my Onix SP3. Tried them for a few hours. Didn't notice any difference over the stock MADE IN CHINA Melody tubes.

I think these tubes have some value, but exactly what that it is I don’t know. So if anything interests you ping me and let's haggle.
