I heard them (only a cursory listen) at a big box store in Canada, I can tell you they sound like they cost much more than that!  I would buy them, but I need more speakers like I need another hole in my head.

I bought a pair when they were $115 at woot and thought they were a steal then.  I'm running them bi-amped with an old Yamaha 4 Ch. amp at work with a TAD sub and it is a great system for the money. They've been on woot a number of times, so I would think they might be getting to the end of available stock - of course I thought that when I bought mine.
