Just cut the driver holes about 1/2" further apart on the baffles.
Keep in mind that even though it may not make much difference in sound by spacing them this small amount, as a rule you want the midbass and tweeter as close together as possible to minimize phase shift and comb filtering between the two drivers, and to also have them sound as much like a point-source as possible. If the drivers are moved too far apart, you will definitely hear two different sources of sound coming from the same speaker cabinet which is not a good thing. Also, the higher the crossover frequency, the closer together the drivers need to be to each other.
