Hello everyone,

The previous sale fell through and I'm relisting this unit.

Please read this info though as I want there to be full disclosure.

I had an ad on AudioCircle as well and someone from that forum made an offer. Unfortunately, when I plugged the amp back in to make sure everything was fine before shipping, a slight hum became evident after it was on for about an hour.

Hence, I called the Edge company for answers. They told me this was common if the electricity to my house was dirty. I do live out a ways and I've always had dirty and or weak power to my home. Moreover, this humming has happened to a few other high end amps of mine before based on the dirty power I receive.

I don't use a power conditioner and the Edge people said a good one would help or alleviate the problem for any amp based on my power circumstances.

In any case, I gave the buyer the option to back out of the sale based on the new hum development. He did and I decided to bring the amp to my tech to make sure it's just a dirty power issue as the Edge people said and go from there.

So, the update is this:

I did bring the amp to my tech today as he too, thought it was related to dirty power at my house.

The good news is the amp tested great and all the sine waves at every frequency were well in spec. Also, the amp was dead quiet at his shop in Tucson without the slightest hint of a hum.

So, to recap, there is nothing wrong with the amp and it's functioning fine and perfectly in spec. It just seems to have a hum problem at my house.

I've a wonderful Edge NL-10 amp up for sale. She pushes 225 watts per channel into 8 ohms and weighs in at a solid 98 lbs unpacked.

I will rate the unit at 8 to be safe, but it's much closer to a 9 on the Audiogon scale. Also, the piece comes with a clear poly top as well as the machined aluminum one. There are some tiny scratches in the poly clear cover, but you must be very close to see them.

Also, the amp is in perfect working order and the serial # is 102262. Please check the web for reviews as this piece has been quite well received.

Moreover, I've the original box/packing material, power cord, and owners manual.

Plus, I'll offer a discount for a localish sale as the shipping weight is about 108 lbs. If I do have to ship, for now, it will go Yellow or UPS freight.

   It sounds beautiful as well. Frankly, it kind of surprised for although muscular in appearance, to my ears, it's presentation is extremely refined and smooth.

  Although looks never really mattered to me, this amp is quite an eye catcher. Moreover, when I took off the aluminum  top to put on the clear top, and saw the innards, I was even more impressed.
  The best part is it really has a beautiful presentation as I mentioned above.
