Which to get: 4.0, 5.1, or Classic 6.1?

I have been piece by piece converting my Energy Take 5s to Norhs in my modest basement HT. The speakers are predominantly used for DVDs. Right now I have a very nice Norh 4.0 Marble center and a pair of Norh 3.0s as my fronts with my remaining Energy satellites in the rear. OK, its a bit of a mess!

I want a pair of Norhs for my front mains and will likely move the 3.0s to become my rear surrounds. Despire how fantastic the marble is, I really love the look of wood (I build guitars). So do I get a set of wood 4.0s (for $400), 5.1 drums (for $500) or the Classic 6.1 (Xmas special for $500)?

I would even consider another pair of 3.0s, though I'd rather have something more robust. I still have my Energy subwoofer which I intend to keep. Any opinions?

BTW, if anyone is wanting to get rid of a pair of the above speakers, let me know.

Dave

With tears rolling down my cheeks I say that marble or ceramic will give you better audio reproduction than wood. How much better I cannot say as I have not done side by side comparison. Also I cannot say whether the difference concerns you in your basement HT. I will say that my friend assumed the music was coming from my Marble 9.0s when in reality the Teak Prism 3.0s were connected to the Le Amps.

5 of the 4.0's is absolutely the way to go, IMO.  Great, great HT speakers.
