:D
WHERE CAN I FIND THE SPEAKER CABINETS WITH PRE CUT BAFFEL I HAVE HOLES DIMENSIONS/MORTISE SIZE ETC.
UNFORTUNATELY PARTS EXPRESS DOES NOT PRECUT HOLES. I CURRENTLY HAVE USHERS V602 WHERE I UPGRADED THE WOOFERS TO THE 8945 AS WELL AS THE XOVER AND THEY REALLY SENT THIS SPEAKER TO ANOTHER LEVEL AND I HAVE YET TO ELIMINATE THE SLOTED PORT (WRONG SIZE 6 1/4 X 4") ACCORDING TO MESUREMENTS BASED ON INTERNAL DIMENSIONS (34 LTR'S) IT SHOULD BE 2" X 6 1/2 AND IT WILL HAVE A BOTTOM OF APPROXIMATELY 30HZ WITH THIS COMBO. I AM REALLY EXCITED. IF I COULD FIND ANOTHER V602 USED IT WOULD BE GREAT.

I have exactly what you need as I built a project with the 8945P(same dimensions as the 8945 and the same box) and the same tweeter.  The cabinets are unfinished MDF with a 1 1/2" thick front baffle.  I followed this plan:

They are already deadened with Whispermat and are wired to accept bannana plugs.  If you want the cabinets, send me a PM.  I'll let them go cheap.

Wait a minute.  34L??? Are you sure? Check out Dennis Murphy's Usher project

I think Eargasm has a bunch of those very drivers that he is looking to do something with. He can also build you boxes. He has plenty of posts recently here in my forum. Shoot him a PM.

Fred,
Although the boxes I have would be a good deal, if Slurve's boxes are cut for your drivers, it is probably a better way to go (depending on price) since his boxes are already veneered. I'll still send pictures of mine later today.
