I'm looking into an sacd/dvd player to replace my old dvd player. I found a good deal on the 962sa (the predecessor to the 963?) I have heard of reliablility issues with the 963 so I thought maybe it wouldn't hurt to try the 962. The specs say that the 963 has a better dac for video so that is a consideration. What the heck is upsampling all about? does it have something to do with redbook?
