Help with a Shanling CT-200
« on: 6 May 2009, 02:34 am »
I am not too sure if this is the right place to ask for this advice.

Anyway here goes, a while ago I acquired a Shanling CD-T200 which has some problems that requires some repairs to the servo circuitry.  This Shanling is one of the early models that has two PCB's connected one on top of the other and later models have a single circuit board.  I am trying to sort out which wires go where to get this thing going again but cannot find any schemetics or other information to help me work out the ribbon wire connections, which is why I was able to buy such a thing at a bargain basement price.

The first problem was that I could not source the ribbon wires but I have just got some so now I am searching for someone who might be able to help me with this.  If anyone has this model Shanling I would dearly love to hear from you  so I can get some information of the wiring connections.  A picture of the guts of this CD player is all that I need to sort this problem and I would happily pay for some information to get this problem sorted out.

Many thanks in advance for any information,
