macrel, this looks to be an excellent deal on a balanced power conditioner.  it would easily handle all your front end.  it could also handle smaller amps, likely not your spectron, tho.  i have no affiliation w/the seller...

also, if you put a separate isolation transformer on dac & transport, this will lower noisefloor...

The link Paul/occam sent you on the BPT Pure Power Center is a good one.  I bought one from BPT (stock, with the Hubbels) and it 'sounds' (or lack thereof) great  :thumb:

It's a really impressive looking product, too - here it is next to my old power distribution device:

Dodd battery powered preamp

6moons:
What is it then? Well, for starters, suave, dynamic and clear. Three words that in my experience one will rarely find strung together to describe even above average electronic components. The Dodd is also genuinely detailed, meaning not just for the sake of detail but to the ends of delivering newfound musical lines and expanded instrumental subtext. With brilliant transient attack, you can expect to be (usually pleasantly) startled even as you anticipate the beginning of familiar tracks. And once into the groove, you'll be rewarded with the level of transparency one would expect to come from the absence of a power cord.

And you can pick one up from Danny from GR-Research that he used at the RMAF. Basically a new unit with new warranty.

You may want to contact Tweak Geek privately. Paul (Occam) is developing something special and is going to be marketing it soon via Tweak Geek. Maybe you can work out a deal before he decides on formal pricing (which would probably be higher).

Here's a link to some more info on Paul's stuff used at RMAF.

In my opinion, before you spend bucks on equipment swapping you may want to ensure your power and room acoustics are right.

Enjoy,
Bob

I use two of these PS Audio Juice Bars

I paid around $100 each used on Audiogon.

I use a Harmonic Technology power cord before it, it effects the entire system in an indescribable way.
Yeah, power cords. Its hard to believe they have that much effect.
