I get hospital grade ones and other assortments from where I work. When you only need one try a building re-use and recycle center if there are any in your area. You might even find a stock pile, and under $2 a pop is what we charge. The highest I paid is $.75 for a hospital 20a grade. I am saying we need to raise the price though at work.
