I am making a grilled Pork Tenderloin with a red wine/garlic/rosemary marinade, saffron risotto, and a spinach salad with a home made red wine dressing. It's simple and spectacular. The pork goes well with a Blue cheese(point reyes) topping that has fresh garlic, mayo, and cracked black pepper. it's all a killer meal..and the recipes are home grown after many years of experimentation.
