Good Budget Surge Protection or Line Conditioner?

Hello,

  I am looking for options for protecting my audio system without mucking with the sound.  I'd like to stay below 2 hundred dollars and would like to place the unit on the floor (so a small form factor would be good).  Any suggestions?  I will be hooking up 2 100 watt monoblocks, an SB3, DAC, and Pre-amp.  Thanks!
