Hi Steven,

Yes, indeed, now into my third day home, nice to be back.

We returned to a day of 38C, the following day was 35C, man, was it hot!!

Today will be 34C.

I picked up a staph infection in my left foot.  I'm now on antibiotics, but must take bed rest to keep the foot at a high level to drain the lymphatic system.  I must be careful, this is serious, dammit.

My work is now unavoidably behind.  This is frustrating beyond belief, I have much to do.

The holiday was wonderful.  I really enjoyed it.  But there are things I must do now, and can't!!

So, if people are experiencing delays, you know the reason.  I'm very sorry, one of those things......  be patient.

Cheers,

Hugh

hugh, i will tell you the same thing my family tells me when itry to push too hard: "SLOW YO ROLL"
I know it's a colonic of epic ppreportions right now but getting healthy is the most important rightnow. i don't relish the idea of you being renamed STUBBY AKSA. we all know that you are truly committed to excellence. but right now you need to do what's best for your body. you'll get caught up eventually , but now it's time to get healthy. capische?

Hi Hugh,

Keep the foot up and relax, spin a few Cd's. It's too hot out in the workshop today anyway, and no good for a jog around the block either.

Catch up soon,

Laurie

thank yr left foot for doing its utmost best to recover and to force you enjoy a well earned rest as if yr "holiday" in Indonesia is just another week longer, but now within the context of yr own home  :green:

Welcome back Hugh!

Now, you be real careful with that foot - have Sri bathe it in soapy, lukewarm water and that sort of thing

Hope to be able to stop by and see and hear your latest creations later this year  :green:

Hi Jens!

thanks for the rah rah on my bloody foot.....!

Saw the Doc today, on the last round of anti-biotics, he's pleased, won't have to go to hospital for intravenous medication, that's a relief.

Walks fine, we'll see about a little jog this Sunday.

Cheers,

Hugh
