Finally having given up on finding a deal on Owens Corning 703 panels locally, I tried a last straw small local building supply. Kid at the desk said he though he had some 1" 4'X8' sheets for $66. We went to the back warehouse to get three when the kid asked if I could use 2'X4' instead. He had 4 cases with around a dozen 4" 703 batts. $15 each, not per sheet, per case!!!!!!!!!!!!! I took them all
I should be able to treat 2 rooms for $64.50!
