Converting FLAC to M4A (iPod/iTunes)

Can anyone recommend software to convert FLAC to M4A?  I have been ripping my CDs twice, once to FLAC (using EAC) and once to iTunes.  I'd like to simplify this to only ripping to FLAC, plus I lost some of my CDs.
