It is almost cerntainly a scam. I've seen these kind of sites from time to time. Several points to check: Their price is too cheap. They only use hotmail or gmail. They use MSN to chat. Their bank account is in China (not saying this is bad but will make a foreigner very difficult, if not impossible to track down). They use very similar web design.

Most of these sites and domains only last a few month. If you do order from them, some "good" site will then ask you for additional taxes or duties or whatever to pay more. some "bad" ones will ship you a fake or copy, some just disappear. I have seen enough sad stories so please stay away from them.
