I purchased this a few weeks ago off Audiogon. It comes with the stock tubes, one extra set of NOS tubes and halo dampers. This unit has received the upgrade package from Morningstar Audio. These units sell new for $1100 with stock tubes only.
I rate the unit as a 7 (audiogon scale) as I am conservative in my ratings. It does have a few light scuffs, one on the faceplate near the power switch, one on the volume knob, and one on the top of the unit to the left of the tubes. These are not visible from 12 inches away but prospective buyers deserve full disclosure.
