There have been a number of people who have inquired about our circle being removed and why we would choose to leave AudioCircle. First of all, there are no problems between Shamrock Audio and AudioCircle. Second, we have not left and have no plans to do so.

It has been a long-standing policy at AudioCircle to remove any circle that has no activity for 30-days. While they don't immediately delete it, they do remove it from the main page and lock it. This gives those whos circle it is (in this case ours), an opportunity to open a dialog on the matter. We agree with AudioCircle that this policy serves the interests of the board, those who visit, and ultimately the manufacturers who maintain circles here.

For 10 years Shamrock Audio has taken the position that it's better to let the caliber of our products do the bulk of our talking. We recognize that advertising and self-promotion is all about convincing the consumer that whatever they currently have isn't good enough and what they really need is whatever we have. It's also no secret that audio manufacturers have earned a reputation for making carnival barkers appear as paragons of virtue. Our sincere desire to avoid the seemy side has left us with almost no voice at all in the marketplace. This has lead to a general apathy toward us by the consumer.

Recently, Shamrock Audio has been blessed with an opportunity to acquire resources that will allow us to do the things we have always wanted to do - the way we've always wanted to do them. This may include physically moving and substantially expanding our production capacity. I have intentionally drug-my-feet in regard to introducing the Eilish, and its MTM sister (yet to be named), to avoid catching ourselves and our customers in a major transition. I have recently come to see this as a mistake. It's amazingly easy to become focused on internal issues at times like these, at the expense of the fundamentals of serving our customers.

Therefore, we will be finalizing production details, writing manuals, etc. on the Eilish and should begin shipping the first week of November. You may choose walnut, cherry, or oak veneer. Solid wood front baffles are NOT standard.  The price for the Eilish is $499 and includes domestic shipping. As always, our 30-day audition policy and return shipping applies.

Thank you for your patience and loyalty!
