Garrard 301 Restoration in NYC?

Garrard 301 Restoration in NYC?

I'm really interested in restoring a Garrard 301 as described by Jeff Day at 6moons... except that I am completely inept mechanically. Is there anyone in Manhattan/NYC who specializes in restoring Garrard 301? Or any amateurs who are up to the game?

This is an excellent repair shop in Peekskill, about 45 minutes north of the city.
