I heard them last fall at Lone Star Audiofest.  Duke was showing with Richard Gray and his tube amps.  Great sounding speakers (I thought they were the best I heard at the show) and a really really good guy to talk to.  Show conditions of course, but they imaged very well in a small room and as I recall had great dynamics, body and weight with an overall nice tonality in the way they sounded.  They don't come any nicer than Duke as an added plus.

My two cents from the one time I heard them I was impressed, as was the buddy I was with.

Duke builds some excellent speakers !! These are the Jazz Modules at RMAF ....thats Duke and his wife Lori.

Well....its true Lin....he's always pushing something....this time he finally  did pick a good speaker to write about.
Maybe it was just "New Years luck"....

I heartily agree with both sentiments! 

And as Art said, you'll be hard-pressed to find ANYONE nicer than Duke.

I have had the pleasure of spending some time with him and buying his subwoofer modules.
I'd like to see him have a forum here at AC.
I can't seem to find his audio kinesis forum for some reason.

Strongly suggest you take a look at his My Offer to see if that might work for you.  Very generous, I think.  Last time I corresponded with Duke (2007), he suggested he would bring speakers down to Southern Cal if enough people were interested in taking a [serious] taking a look at his speakers.  He has family in the area.
