These are excellent small mini monitors that are great for use both in a small studio or in a small room hifi system.  They have a long-throw 4.5 woofer and 1" fabric dome tweeter, each with it's own separate 35 watt amplifier, and are capable of 111 dB SPL.

The housings are cast aluminum and  shielded for use near CRTs and have a textured black finish.  Each monitor has three types of inputs -- RCA, XLR and 1/4" TRS and can be swiiitched between pro or hifi signal levels.  There is also a near-field switch that tailors the response for NF listening, plus an auto power off/on feature that can be disabled if not desired.  The pair will come with 2 long (12' I believe) IEC poer cords and two 12' TRS to TRS cables, and will be packed extra securely (even if they are bomb-proof as they are.)

Original cost was $375 each and I probably paid somewhere around $350 each, and am asking $325 for the pair, shipped in lower 48 and with no paypal fee.  I'd rate them a very conservative 7/10, but only for age (about 6 years old.)

Connect these directly to a Squeezebox or other volume controlled source and you have a great little system for an office, bedroom, exercise room, dorm room, etc.

Thanks for looking,

Jim
