Pair of sonically perfect pair of Heil mid/tweeters with original diaphrams. Both units operate well and have that great detailed and open sound.
These have some scratches on them as you'ed expect, but they're superficial and don't affect the sonics. You can pull off one side panel, but again, doesn't affect the sonics.
