Man oh man am I impatiently awaiting the arrival of my Teres.  UPS's website says it will be delivered tomorrow but it is sitting in Secacus NJ.  I sold my Rega back in Jun and haven't been spinning since.  I am so eager it isn't funny.  :hyper:

I am already contemplating building a cornet to upgrade my phono section and I haven't even finished the table. Its in working order, less placement of armpod (awaiting platter to make sure) but it isn't finished all pretty and stuff yet.

I just bought one off Agon and it will be sent to Wayne at Bolder for some upgrades.

I'll let you know how it compares to my CI Audio VPP2.

Wayne told me 'bout that.  That is cool, do indeed let me know how you like it.

I just saw on UPS's site that my platter was delivered.  Whoohoo!     Now if I can just make it through the day!   :hyper:

Which platter did you get, Josh?

I am putting the finishing touches on my version of the Cornet today.

I will post pictures as soon as I am finished.

I just have the standard but I think I might get it bored for lead shot at my local laser shop at a future date.  As you may know, I did the DIY for the base and it basically has turned out to be a knock off of Chris' 340 flagship (except of course, not in cocobola).

Very very nice.  What do you estimate it costs you as a whole to build this?  I am really really interested in building one now.

Very nice! Is that a pair of Bybee's I detect on the input to the board? :D

Josh,

I guess I spent close to $700.00 on the parts. That is not including the cables and Bybees. Your cost will vary depending on what parts you use.

I got a prety good deal on the Elna caps from Chris Brady. If you went to Blackgates, well you could drop $300.00 just on them.

Mike,

Yes, there are a pair of smaller Bybees on the input.

I posted the exact parts mix I used over in the Lab in the Cornet thread.
