New Bryston B60 Integrated?

I was curious if anyone knows if there will be an updated B60 integrated amp. I have read in a few places online that there will definitely be an SST variant of the B60. Thanks is advance for any information.

Hi,

The B60 has been using the SST output devices for about 6 months.
We have not changed the model number though.

Sure would be nice to have a DAC on board my B60...which is stuffing 10 pounds of ___ in a 5 pound bag. HOWEVER...when will Bryston make just the DAC in the small DIN package to match the B-60, 25, etc, for owners of the same.???

Hi,

The DAC is available in the B60 as long as you do not have a phono stage installed.

Can I send my B60 in to be upgraded to the SST output devices?

Hi dvb,

You can not chenge the older outputs to the new sst units on the B60 as the fittings for the transistors on the circuit board are completely different.
