RM300 pictures and specs?
« on: 25 Oct 2007, 05:03 pm »
I've owned your original RM9 and an RM200 twice (still regret selling both), and now I'm interested in your RM300 as my speakers drop to 2.7ohm load around 70Hz even though they are 92dB efficient.   I searched everywhere and can't find any specs or pictures.  I understand the RM300 uses 6 output tubes each.  Could you post a picture in your gallery?
How many volts are required to get full output on the RM300?
What is the footprint of the unit and how much space above is required for install in a rack?
Does the unit have bias lights like the RM9 or is it a voltmeter setup like the RM200?

Thanks Roger!

I will work on the picture soon. Just imagine an RM-200 with 6 output tubes and 3 drivers. The 300 and 200 share the same wood frame and transformer cover. We also offer any wood of your choice priced accordingly. You can even send us your own wood.

How many volts would you like the sensitivity to be? I have devised a balanced gain control box for the RM-200 which will work with the 300 as well. This box modifies the gain/feedback like the switch on the RM-9.

The bias is via an external meter as in the RM-200.
