Neil at AudioJunkies was kind enough to place a blurb on his blog.

I'll have some more pictures later this week, I'm finalizing documentation and measurements this week.   PCBs arrived today and I'm waiting for some parts to release the design.

Word to the wise.   Just get the Parts Express curved wall enclosures.   These things are simply gorgous and nobody, I mean nobody will believe you built them.   Having been at a lot of audio shows, these look far better than 98% of the enclosures you see on the market.

I'm working on getting baffles pre-cut so you only have to bolt-in drivers and PCBs.    The one necessary cutting operation will be the hole for the port.    It can be done with a hole saw which I'm looking at sourcing and including with the kit.

Kevin, what are your thoughts on mounting the crossover in an external enclosure?

The pictures don't do them justice.    I'm scurrying around trying to get things done this week and I'll try to get some time to do better pictures.

Sure... all of mine have external crossovers during development.   The main advantage for me is that I can get to things easily for changes.   Even with a removable baffle its a PIA to continually take them apart.    You might want to build something attractive and just add a second binding post.    The crossover is split into two boards, woofer & tweeter so just allocate one set per board.   If you get the burning desire to try some tweako components its a snap with external crossovers.

Those cabinets were featured on the back of the AudioXpress this month.  Pretty nice to have this option!  It will be hard to fit the port in the rear though and xo  will take some creativity, but worth the effort.

I've got both issues figured out.    These will be a piece of cake to assemble.

German chocolate, angel food, moon...  What the masses want to know is not how "liquid" the midrange is or how spacious the soundstage.

What TYPE OF CAKE are we getting?!?!?!

Sorry, being in Su Zhou is getting to me...
