Considering some new amps to try.  High on my list are Dodd 120's.  Was wondering if anyone owns any of these brands and can comment on power output, reliability, and of course the type of sound they produce.

Pete,

Those are some pretty different amps...

Is it safe to assume that any amp is going to be driving the HT3's?

What are you looking to improve on by changing from the Moscode?

Ive been listening to the new Clayton Class A amps and they are quite nice.

All true class A SS amps run warm, but usually have a nice sound somewhere
between tube and solid state, very non grainy...

These are amps I could easily forget tubes for!

Good luck on the search...

I know you asked about the Pathos Class A amps.  Still, you might try contacting Douglas Schroeder about his experience with the Classic One integrated amps he ran in both stereo and bridged modes.  You can still find his somewhat lengthy reviews of them over at Audio Asylum and at Audiogon.  At least it might give you an idea...

Now looking at either Bryston or Pass Labs amps.  Thanks or the replies.  AC'ers are always so willing to help!
