Has anyone tried the SPDIF digital output jack available on some laptops, to feed a DAC? I was wondering how that compares to the USB interface. I assume that SPDIF 1/8" phono jack uses an adapter to RCA for the digital cable to run over to the DAC? Does anyone have a part number for that?
