I picked up a couple of used Leon Redbone LP's in the last few weeks and I can't get them off the turntable. "Sugar" and "On the Track" are older and we also found a CD of "Live - December 26, 1992: The Olympia Theater, Paris France" which I ripped for my SB and Ipod in the car.
If you are unfamiliar with him, the music is old standards from like Tin Pan Alley. The presentation strives to place the music in a more or less historical perspective but with a sense of fun and I think love. I can't get the songs out of my head. Its not for everyone but I recommend it giving it a listen.
