Got the patio furniture in the swimming pool?

Hurricanes aren't much fun. Or the 2 weeks after.
I survived Andrew.

I kinda fiqured he would be delayed especially if he was to fly in yesterday. Hope all is well.  Good thing is the storm downgraded some but i am sure they have some pretty bad weather still.

Andrew wasn't anything nice Bill my sister has some property in Pensacola. I hate just to see these things develop. I live in New Orleans so I watched them my whole life.

Just a little rain here.  It will pass to the south.  Again.  We have a statistically incredible occurance of storms skirting nearby...

I live on the big island and it was actually calmer than a regular day here. Im in Kona on the west side so we wouldnt have been hit hard anyway but still it was a real dissapointment. We could have at least used some rain.

The news always makes a big deal out of alot of nothing. Its like earthquake we had last year, You'd think that the entire island was reduced to a pile of rubble the way it seemed when watching the big networks.

The ironman championship took place the following week, and well, they did have to ride over a few cracks on the queen k highway...
