Out of my Candela. . . Wow!! My Candela preamp is so freaking sensitive, it picks up the slightest eensiest most subtle parts of music... possibly going into the nether dimension of which we do not speaketh!!! What a dynamic range this baby has! Great depth in the soundstage now too. I dont know if others have this experience, but it is very sensitive to tube selection. Great piece o equiptment! Thanks Klaus.

Funny to me to see the Candela paired with NuForce...and agreeably, too.

O yeah... sounds very good, and I am using CBS Red Label 12AU7s, which are great. The JJs were good, I thought the bottom end was a little loose though, CBS is nice all around. I also bought some yellow label CBS tubes. STAY AWAY THEY ARE HORRIBLE. When I got my lot of 10 CBS they werent all CBS, four were RCA grey top getters... I guess the seller didnt know? Idk.. anyways I felt that the mids were pushed forward too much, though they didnt sound bad... just too close for comfort.
