Are you trying to convert from Flac to something else, or rip from CD to Flac?  Your question is sorta unclear.  Hydrogenaudio's Flac Forum is a good place to get some general information and ask questions.  There's also a bunch of guides/how-to's/FAQ's out there as well.  If you're just trying to convert from flac to something else you'll need to use something other than EAC.

I've burned a lot of CD's to my hard drive using EAC and automatically converting them to FLAC files to save disc space. I play them back on a Squeezebox. I was just wondering if I can re-convert the FLAC files to WAV files again so I can burn a CD from the original FLAC files since I no longer have the original CD.

If you'd still like to stay with EAC, try this:  locate FLAC frontend.exe program within your HD, execute it, ADD flac files to its window, then DECODE them.  Unmark the 'Delete input files' and specify 'Output directories' if you wish.

Check out Burrrn, which can burn a CD directly from Flac files.  (Actually, what it does is converts the Flacs to WAVs, then burns the CD from the WAVs and then deletes them.  But it does it all with no additional work on your part.)

http://www.burrrn.net/?page_id=4

In EAC I recommend creating (non-compliant) CUE sheets when you rip your CDs.  Then edit the CUE, changing all of the .wav file extensions to .flac.  To tuplicate the CD all you then do is double click the CUE sheet file, which will run Burrrn.  Makes duplcating CDs from your Flac files very fast and easy.

One thing Burrrn does not do is adjust for CD-RW drive offsets, so if you're a stickler that demands a "perfect" CD duplicate, right down to the sample offset on the disc, then Burrrn isn't the tool to use.

Media Monkey does this very well too. Just select the album then click on Burn CD. It will automatically convert the FLAC files in background and burn an audio CD.
