I'm looking for a product, no matter if its an adhesive or a damping material w/2 adhesive sides to it, which would be suitable to join 2 - 3/4" plywood baffles together for a small OB baffle.    The driver would mount to the front baffle & the adhesive damping layer would attach a 2nd plywood baffle.  the legs would be attached to but isolated from the rear baffle as well.  the baffles might be bolted together in a few places too if necessary.

I've heard about Green Glue, but its about $200 a case.  I've searched the mcmaster-carr catalog a bit, EAR doesn't make a material w/adhesive on both sides that i've found.

the baffles aren't large, 2' x 2' or so, trimmed down a bit, with a 15" hawthorne SI in 'em.

i'm open to any ideas.

Also, are there specific connectors I should look for?   i'm not a fan of t-nuts but do like bolts rather than screws.   Hurricane bolts look nifty.

How about simply contact cement, or for added constrained layer damping, wood/contact cement/thick cheap cloth material/contact cement/wood?  Since you're not building a box things like this become much easierl and a wider variety of materials will work.
