How to connect the HT3?

I received the HT3 today and am excited to hook it up. Prior to that I was hoping someone could help with a quick question?

1. How do I connect the HT3 to my Pre (Anthem AVM20)?
2. How many IC's are required?
3. Why is there a post for only one postive IC?

Red RCA input is right channel, the one in the center is the center channel, and the RCA on the opposite side of the red RCA input is the left channel.

You will need three IC's. One for left, one for center and one for right. Just connect the pre-outs from your Anthem to the corresponding channel on the HT-3. Usually "right" is "red", "center" is center" and the last one is "left" as Tyson stated.
